Buckwheat is a seed plant Fagopyrum esculentum, originating from the north of Europe and Asia. It belongs to the herbaceous plants, although it is often erroneously classified as cereals. Grain used for human consumption is a pyramidal shape and could be used as food, you must remove the outer shell. It can be cooked like rice, prepared as buckwheat porridge or can grind and in this way to have a fine meal to prepare polenta.

Preparation of buckwheat porridge:

-necessary ingredients:
410 g cooked chickpeas
250 g buckwheat porridge
1 cucumber
1 bunch of parsley
salt
For the salad dressing:
1 tablespoon Vegeta
100 ml of water
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Buckwheat porridge and boil them in lightly salted water, drain and cool. Chickpeas, drain and rinse under cold running water.
In a bowl, mix the appropriate buckwheat porridge, chickpeas, parsley and cucumber that are purified from the seeds and cut into kockice.Vegetu Scramble the water and lemon juice and let it sit for about 10 minutes. Stir in the olive oil and pour over the prepared ingredients for the salad and mix well.
