The sisters gathered a beautiful and valuable collection of ethnographic materials, objects related to the everyday lives of people in Žumberak. The museum was officially restored on November 29, 1976. A new exhibition of the sisters within the convent of St. Basil made by the experts of the Ethnographic Museum in 1999. The display was expanded to three rooms. The traditional material culture, is shown in the permanent exhibition in several thematic sections: traditional economy, culture, housing, hand-made textiles and folk costumes.
