Croatian Creation label holder - olive oil production in 1902 Blato Inc. began in the mid-twentieth century and for years has perfected in accordance with the new technologies of production.
Marco Polo, extra virgin olive oil obtained directly from olives by mechanical means, from selected olive varieties from western part of: Lastovka, Drobnic and forms in a ratio that achieves a distinctive odor, taste and color. Marco Polo specifics of extra virgin olive oil were expressed fruit flavor, mild pungency and moderate bitterness. The largest share of the oil produced from varieties Lastovka abounding polyphenols, which are known to have natural antioxidants that protect the oil autooksidacijskih changes, accelerated aging and deterioration. It is produced in several different packages for the domestic and foreign markets, which can recognize a quality domestic product.
