
FISH STEW
Specialty of Slavonia and Baranja cuisine prepared from at least two species of fish and served with home, broad strips. During the meal, each in his first plate taken noodles, then adds a stew.
Needed:
carp and catfish meat (sliced, cleaned ...)
2 dl white wine
3-4 oz of water (if necessary)
1 bag of spices for fish soup
6 oz homemade tomato liquid
3 ports
5 teaspoon ground red pepper
hot peppers
vegeta, salt, pepper

Preparation:
Onions scrub the grater or food processor chop ga. Allow to rest for around 15 minutes to let the juice, so ga ocijedititi lightly.
