
GALLERY RUŽIĆ, SLAVONSKI BROD
Gallery pink was created with a donation Croatian artist Branko Ruzic (1919th-1997th) born in Slavonski Brod.
Pink is my town donated more than 400 works of art, and his call for more than a hundred Croatian painter and sculptor donated their works to the collection. Exhibition was opened in the Brod Fortress 15th June 2004.
Specificity in these galleries is that it did not therefore possible to see only the bulk Ružićevog oeuvre, but it is possible to partially reconstruct the historical artistic context of his time, the dominant philosophy of fine arts in Croatia in the last decades of the 20th century, thanks to the authors who have donated their works, which are located right next to his, because their individual art and poetry reflect a particular era in which they were created and whose shared time together. It is even more important to emphasize that the choice of authors for Ružićevu ship collection Ružićev personal choice. Acts Diminic, digger, Radovani, Petric, citizens, Micheli, Srnec, Picelj, Richter, Bourek, Lončarić Lesiak, Lipovac, Babic, Sebalj, Biffel, Hegedušić, Keser, Jordan, Kinert, Parac, Sutej, Labasa and many other synonyms for contemporary Croatian art scene and all the complex problems of contemporary art, which is determined by history and national arts is reflected in their paintings and sculptures.
