The representative baroque-classical building, one of the last in a series of objects that are in the second half of the 18th century fortification built inside the fort complex, built on the site of a small one-commander of the fortress. The Officer's Hall once were, along with housing officers who occupied the ground floor and first floor contained a hall and gallery, and sheds, laundries and well. In hornwerku were both economic and military auxiliary facilities, such as Commander's kitchen, cart-wright's and stables with a commander's Park, mints, and wine cellar fort commander, in which the wine was kept, and so. gin and wine presses in which they ate and drank.
