Japetic, the highest mountain of peak (879 meters), because of its preserved natural beauty of the declared reserve forest vegetation. They are especially valuable beech forests, and rich mountain flora covering the mountain meadows.
At the top is set sightseeing pyramid 12 meters high with a beautiful view of the entire region. In good weather, with terraces on the mountain lodge Zitnica known for exceptional local cuisine, offers a view of Pokuplje, Zumberak, Klek and even down to the Alps.
By Japetić water numerous well marked hiking trails and roads through Svetojanska Drago. This is an ideal place for mountain climbers, hikers, cyclists, fliers and other nature lovers. The karst plain near Japetić is Grabarak abandoned village, famous for its preserved rural architecture.
