
JASTREBARSKO MUSEUM
Museum of archaeological, cultural, historical and ethnographic heritage of Jastrebarsko region.
Town museum and gallery are located in the refurbished building representative of the old town hall built in 1826. The museum preserves the archaeological, cultural, historical and ethnographic heritage of Jastrebarsko region.
In the gallery space are regularly organized exhibitions of Croatian artists.
Collections:
- Historical collection of documents, objects, photographs and furniture, vividly describes the history of civil Jastrebarsko from 13. until the 19. century
- A collection of centuries old craft items and tools shue makers, locksmiths, carpenters, coopers, wrights, potters, plaiting, weaving, etc.
- An ethnological collection includes national costumes, traditional objects and furniture from peasant life.
