
MUSEUM AND GALLERY NEW VINODOLSKI
Founded in 1951. year. Since 1973. was located in the Frankopan castle.
The permanent exhibition is represented and hydro-archaeological, numismatic, ethnographic, historical, religious and artistic material. The holdings of the Museum of individuals make gifts from the homeland and diaspora, is a marine research, and sites Povile Lopar (New Vinodolski), Wallachia furnaces, located near the Stinice Jablanac (remains of the medieval town of Mura) and works fine collection of original colonies Vinodolski painters and sculptors of the Adriatic (1975th to 1985th).
Among the material is removed valuable archaeological material originating from the first to 5 and 15th St. century, the objects related to the famous family Mazuranic originating from New Vinodolski (saber Ivan Mazuranic, panache, a silver trophy, the relief that he was given when the appointment ban, ban cards, manuscripts, photographs, ...), and original folk costumes Ist Novi and national instruments related to the preserved authentic folklore of the city.
The gallery exhibited the works of MC Crnčić, O. Iveković, V. Nikolic and J. Kljakovic, V. Potočnjak and other painters.
