Distinguished by its monumentality and treatment of internal space it is A category monument. It was built in 1905. as storey building and it was the largest building of the old Belisce. Historicist storey building was built by Baron Edmund Gutmann for his son and daughter in law. However, palace could not keep Baroness in Belisce. The building is being renovated because of 1992. shelling.
