Klupsko je sjedište na adresi Ljudevita Gaja 17, Sisak. Najpoznatije ime ovog kluba je Perica Richter, osoba koja je bila predanom hrvatskom vaterpolu. Jedan je od bitnih ljudi pri utemeljenju VK Siscie 1998. godine. Bio je i trenerom ovog kluba.
