In Zagreb, in accordance with European urban tradition 1997th based in their own street festival called Cest is d 'Best. In the beginning it was a one-day event, which is maintained in the flower market, but due to public interest naturally soon began to grow and expand its positive energy in all the streets and squares in the city center.
