RESTAURANT THE TRILOGY

The Trilogy is rightly praises and good wine list. For an introduction, we are not sure that anyone else under aperitifs served amiable D'Arenbergov Peppermint Paddock champagne. Found in them and good value for money Slovenian, Tilije, Simčičevih selection, through D'Arenberg, and Argiana Guigala, until (if you like) and Gerrard Depardieu Cloudy Bay. Croatian labels are equally represented, although to a place that aspires to the title of the wine bar is missing Stagnum (probably most ambitious wines in Croatia); a good cabernet-merlot Boškinac and Claija, one of the few that shows a different face of Malvasia and Teran. The cup is not some paradise (three to four average black and white wines as much), but meets the man.
