The dough for bread
1kg flour
1 packet dry yeast (also fresh)
approximately 1/2 liters of water
pinch of salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
topping
2 large onions (onions)
1 can chopped peeled tomatoes (more if desired)
15-20 salted sardines or anchovies
parsley, pepper
herbs of your choice
2 tablespoons olive oil
