TAVERN PELEGRINI, ŠIBENIK

Philosophy cuisine is built on a long run with a blend of tradition and innovation.

Why the name Pellegrini? Because palace in which part of a tavern called Pellegrini-Tambača. And because it is the first hotel in the history of Sibenik called Peregrine. And last but not least, because pelegrin comes from the word pilgrim, near the Cathedral of St.. Jacob's goal of pilgrims.
