Joseph Stadler (Slavonian Brod, January 24, 1843 - Sarajevo, December 8, 1918.), Croatian priest, Archbishop, founder of the Congregation of the Sisters Servants of the Infant Jesus, a candidate for the saint.

He was born 1843 in Slavonski Brod. Pope Leo XIII. appointed him in 1881. vrhobosanskim Archbishop of Sarajevo. He was the religious, educational, cultural and national field. Ordered the construction of the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart in Sarajevo, the seminary to the church of St. Cyril and Methodius, the Archdiocese and the Archbishop's Palace. In Travnik has raised high school and seminary. Ordered the construction of many churches and convents of women. He founded the Society of the Sisters Servants of the Infant Jesus, in order to care for the poor and abandoned children, the elderly and the poor. He sent a petition to Vienna, the monks Franziska Lechner to send nuns of Daughters of Divine Love in Sarajevo. They were given possession of Bethany in a suburb of Sarajevo, helped the poor and taught at the school.
