Baškot is twice baked round bread bun that brought the fishermen of Chioggia. Because its the dryness could last more than six months and was very convenient for food on long voyages and wore instead of bread on long fishing trips, traditionally dipped in red wine, tea or latte. Today baškot one of the symbols and souvenirs Town of Bakar.
