ZLARIN

An island in the Sibenik archipelago, southwest of Sibenik; from the mainland divided by the Sibenik channel.

It consists of two parts divided with a valley with fertile arable land. The largest bays are Zlarinska luka and  Magarna on the southeast. On the northeast coast there are bays:  Vodena, Velika Lovišća, Njivica, Veleš, Platac, Lokvica and other. Main occupations of Inhabitants are farming, viniculture, olive growing, fruit growing, fishing,...
There is a boat connection with Šibenik.
