The greatest painter of the Renaissance spirit of Sibenik.

The most famous of his works are Triptych and Madonna, who are now outside Croatia. He was contemporary of the great Juraj Dalmatian whose daughter Jelena he married. He cheated on her often, and had two illegitimate children with a slave. Because of his diversity and artistic life he often ended in court, unadapted to small environment which could not evaluate his artistic genius.
