ŠIBENIK´S CAP
Šibenik's cap is the most famous Croatian version of the red hats, types of popular headgear. Today, it is usually orange in color with two rows of red embroidered decorations (buoy).
The older form of caps (mostly lower, still red in color, usually with a series of connected circles, navezena and scalp, always with the kit) is preserved with museum specimens which are kept in the Vienna National Museum of Ethnography (Museum für Volkskunde Österreichisches), the Ethnographic Museum Split, the Ethnographic Museum in Zagreb, the Ethnographic Museum in Belgrade, the National Museum in Zadar, city Museum, city Museum Drniš and Knin Museum.
