THE CAKE FRANKOPAN
The cake Frankopan is Crikvenica specialty, one of the many reminders of the action on the field princes Frankopana Vinodola.
The recipe for the cake was reconstructed in the early nineties of the 20th century on the basis of cookbooks from the 1686th years, whose author was none Eleonora Maria Rosalia von Eggenberg. Cake can be tasted at the Hotel International in the center of Crikvenica.
