After his father's death, care of Peter's military government takes over the school and attended a military academy in Bjelovar, then in Wiener Neustadt, Germany, where he wrote poetry with striking features of Romanticism, and he was inspired to work in the national consciousness. Meeting with John Kukuljevic Sakcinski significantly affected the "return" language and aroused interest in Croatian culture and political and economic situation. Almost a lifetime spent abroad, and the literature dealing with how he permitted the service officer (rank of generals). His enthusiasm is devoted to the Illyrian movement, in which the "second phase", with a break Vraza Maurine and John, became the most influential poet. Solomon expressed concern for the Croatian language, adherence to the concept of Slavic and sincere patriotism. He was buried in Vienna, and the 1879th the remains were transferred to the arcade Mirogoj.
