The first objective of this project is to discover our homeland, the county in which you live, to discover Croatia! Nowadays, due to fast living and a variety of problems we often forget the basic values, the natural beauty that surrounds us, the history that makes us proud, significant people, events, culture, sports, entertainment,...

Attractions are nominated by the portal www.VIKENDPLANER.info and regional tourist boards, and citizens have the opportunity to choose their own voices and to suggest what are considered the best in his county, and in which we best know, where they live.

We invite you to vote for their choice on the website where you can www.BESTinCROATIA.info and suggest content that you feel is best. If you think we have missed something feel free to submit your proposal. Also fill the existing nominations or comments, please correct any inadvertent errors and send us photographs. This project is of non-commercial nature and if we inadvertently took a few photos with copyright, please let us know. In the short term we will remove that photo, or highlight authors. Also, we invite all of you who practice photography on cooperation and presentation of your work through our photo galleries related to the particular attraction.

Slow down a bit at least on weekends, look around and be aware of the time and place where we live. And do not forget that the best things are usually very accessible, or even free. We hope that  websites www.BESTinCROATIA.info & www.VIKENDPLANER.info, will provide information where you can always see what the locals recommended as the best in their county and where you can find ideas for a perfect weekend and interesting travel arrangements.
